Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, brown the short ribs on all sides, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic to the same pot, cooking until soft. Stir in the BBQ sauce,
