Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until the chia seeds expand.
  • In a blender, combine the mango, almond milk, orange juice, and soaked chia seeds.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired for sweetness.
