- In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually blend in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips if using.
