Traeger Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 lemon sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the kosher salt, brown sugar, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the salmon fillet. Let the salmon sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator to cure.
