Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops cleaned and patted dry
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the penne pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and cool under cold water.
