Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fusilli or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat canned or fresh
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • If using fresh crab meat, ensure it’s picked over for shells. Combine the shrimp, crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and dill in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the seafood mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
