Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until fully combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the surface. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and both sugars using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract. Slowly add the flour and stir to combine. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chocolate chips.
