Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Remove from the skillet and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then pour in the heavy cream. Bring the cream to a simmer, then whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing until well coated. Arrange the steak slices on top and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

- For a healthier option, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream or use a light cream alternative.
- Add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach to boost the nutritional value.
