Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz kielbasa sliced
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 can 15 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes to thicken.
  • Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
