Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until fully combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, and both sugars using an electric mixer. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract, then slowly add the flour. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
